专利说明:

The invention relates to an additional lock for a door or a window, which has an operative connection between a push plate of the additional lock with a corresponding control mechanism of a main lock and is thus controlled by this, the additional locking comprises a housing miteinem rotatably mounted therein against its initial position biased pawl which is rotatable upon impact of a Schlußstückbolzens in a recess of the housing in its locking position. For doors or windows with multiple locks, there are a variety of options for the design of additional locks. In most cases extendable or parallel to Stulpverschiebbare bars are used, which engage in corresponding Ausneh¬mungen in strikers.
Locks with rotary latch locks, which are frequently used, for example, in the motor vehicle sector, are also known. Such a lock is shown, for example, in DE 2345896 A1. In the conventional rotary latch locks the locking, as also shown in this document, is effected by a pivoting lever, which cooperates with a corresponding edge or recess on the locking hook and blocks it in the locked state against twisting in the opening direction.
Such a structure is susceptible to errors, since the two rotatable intermeshing parts can easily wedge locking hooks and pivot levers under load conditions. In order to ensure closure safety, either complicated gear ratios for operating the pivoting lever must be provided, or the geometries between the locking hook and pivoting lever working surfaces must be made with very tight tolerances to allow both secure locking and easy unlocking. This increases the production costs, which is tolerable in the case of use as a main lock in, for example, a motor vehicle, but which would be too high for the use of such a lock as an additional lock on a door or a window.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and to provide an auxiliary lock which offers the advantages of a rotary latch lock but is nevertheless inexpensive to manufacture and offers a high degree of locking security.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the thrust plate is displaceable substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing and biased against its locking position, and that the thrust plate has a control cam extending at least partially obliquely to its direction of movement, in which a control bolt of a substantially normal to the direction of movement of the thrust plate displaceable Locking piece is guided, so that in the closed position of the pawl and thus also closed position of the thrust plate bears an edge of the locking piece against a shoulder of the pawl and blocks it against twisting towards the starting position. The opening and locking mechanism of the auxiliary lock can thus be provided by only two linearly moving components, which cooperate with the locking hook, which on the one hand is very cheap to manufacture and on the other hand offers a high level of security against slipping.
According to a further feature of the invention, it is provided that the shoulder of the pawl is ausgebil¬det at least two stages, whereby at least two locking points are provided with the edge of the locking piece. Alternatively, the edge of the locking piece can also be formed in at least two stages. Dasich sets a certain delay in doors over time or depending on the weather and season, can be done by mehr¬stufige locking points in every situation a secure locking of the auxiliary lock and emerging Tole¬ranzen can be compensated.
It is further a feature of the present invention that the operative connection between the main lock and the push plate of the accessory lock is formed by a cable, the pull direction of the cable being opposite to the thrust of the push plate. A construction with cable offers the advantage over a conventional construction with push rods that a significantly lower expenditure of force is necessary. It is only necessary to overcome the forces of biasing the thrust plate of the additional lock and to expend no additional forces on the lifting of a push rod.
It is a further advantageous feature of the invention that on the pusher plate at the opposite end of the cable to the main lock another cable is connected to the Schubplatte, which is guided out of the housing and is connected with additional additional locking on the side facing away from the main lock side of the additional lock , This makes it possible, as many additional locks, depending on the application, to connect in series.
Finally, it is a feature of the present invention that the pusher plate is movable via the cable to an opening end position and lockable in this via the main lock, and that in the pusher plate there is provided a catch which is displaceable substantially normal to the direction of movement of the pusher plate Spring is biased against its extended position, and which is in the opening end position of the pusher plate and in the closed position of the pawl with a Rast¬schulter the pawl engaged and locked this inSschlließstellung resiliently. Often locks are associated with a so-called "day position". in the main lock, the latch is usually locked in the retracted position, and easy opening and closing of a door is possible at all times. Such functions are often desirable in doors in public buildings or shops. If the door in question has additional locks, they are usually also locked in the open position. Due to the above-mentioned feature, it is possible for the locking hook to lock its locking position when closing a door, but with a small force By overcoming the spring force of the locking catch can be moved back into its initial position, whereby the door can be opened easily. This offers the advantage that the door can not simply be pushed open by, for example, wind or the like, but a user does not have to operate a door handle when opening and can press the door with little force.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein

Fig. 8 shows a perspective view of the other side of the push plate;
Fig. 9 is a perspective view of the pawl and Fig. Figure 10 shows a perspective view of the locking piece.
The additional lock shown in Fig. 1 in the form of an additional lock with rotary latch lock has a housing 1auf, which is dar¬ set for better view with remote top plate. In the housing 1 there is a pawl 2 pivotally mounted on an axis of rotation 24 and biased against its initial position by means of a spring 4 (see FIG. 2). Movable parallel to the longitudinal side of the housing 1 is also arranged by means of a spring 5 (see Fig. 2) biased against its locking pitch thrust plate 3. The pusher plate 3 has receivers 16 for attaching tension cables (not mounted on them) through opening tabs 17 in the latch 1 and are connected to the main latch or further additional locks, and in a further receptacle 20 in the push plate 3 is a catch When the door or window is closed, the additional locking strikes a closing piece 7 with a closing piece bolt 6, which thereby engages in a recess 8 in the housing 1 and subsequently in a recess 9 in the lock The locking pin 6 is arranged vertically displaceable in order to compensate for position inaccuracies of the closure piece. The inlet slope of the recess 8 of the housing 1 brings the locking piece bolt 6 into the correct position.
Fig. 2 shows a plan view of the additional locking of Fig. 1in the starting position. The thrust plate 3 is urged in the direction of the locking division by the force of the spring 5, wherein a locking piece 11 displaceable in a direction normal to the direction of movement of the thrust plate 3 engages with a control bolt 12 in a slot 10 of the thrust plate 3. The slide 10 is at least partially arranged obliquely to the direction of movement of the thrust plate 3, whereby the locking piece 11 is pressed in the direction of locking hooks 2. Since the locking hook 2 is in the starting position, the locking piece 11 is located on the side of the pawl 2, whereby the pusher plate 3 can not fully enter the locking division. If a closing piece pin 6 now enters the recess 8 of the housing 1, then the locking hook 2 begins to rotate against the force of its spring 4 in the direction of the closed position, wherein the closing piece pin 6 slides into a recess 9 of the locking hook 2.
Upon reaching the closed position, as shown in Fig. 3, an edge 13 of the locking piece 11 slides over the shoulder 14 of the pawl 2, whereby the pusher plate 3 can continue to move in the closed position and thus the locking piece 11 in the direction of pawl 2. Due to the abutment of the shoulder 14 of the pawl 2 at the edge 13 of the locking piece 11, the lock is locked. The shoulder 14 can also be formed in multiple stages, wherein in the embodiment shown, a second stage 15 is provided. When fully closed
Position is the edge 13 of the locking piece 11 at this second stage 15 at. However, since it comes in practice to tolerances, beispiels¬weise by the delay of a door, can be achieved by providing a multi-stage shoulder even with larger tolerances still a secure closed position.
To open the additional lock the cable is operated via the lock mechanism of the main lock, whereby the thrust plate 3 is pulled against the force of the spring 5. As a result, the blocking piece 11 is pulled away from the locking hook 2 via the control bolt guided in the slot 10 and releases it in order to be able to return to its starting position.
In the position shown in Fig. 4, the push plate 3 is in an opening end position, in which it can be locked via the cable pull from the main lock, whereby a Tag¬stellung for the additional locking is achieved. The Sperr¬ hook 2 is in initial position. In the region of the pawl hook 2, a catch 18 which is movable in a normal manner to the direction of movement of the pusher plate 3 and which is prestressed by means of a spring 19 comes to rest.
Now, if the door or the window is closed, the pawl 2 rotates, whereby the catch 18 is pushed back by a side surface of the pawl 2 against the force of its spring 19 in its Aufnahnahme 20, as shown in Fig. 5.
Upon reaching the closed position of the pawl 2 according to the FIG. 6, slides the catch via a locking shoulder 21 on the Sperr¬haken 2, whereby it is held in this position. When you open the additional lock must be pulled only in the opening direction and the force of the spring 19 of the catch 18 über¬wunden, whereupon the additional lock is released. Thus, even in the daytime position, the auxiliary lock can be used to securely snap the door or window open, and without further opening of the door or door handle, the door can only be opened by pulling on the door Frst.prq rnöal i o.h i st.
Figures 7 and 8 show in detail the thrust plate 3, which has on one side the recesses 16 for suspending traction cables and the receptacle 20 for the catch 18. On the opposite side is the slide 10 for the control pin 12 of the locking piece 11, and a receptacle 22 for the spring fifth
Fig. 9 shows the pawl 2, which has a recess 9 for receiving the striker pin 6. Around the axis of rotation 24 around a receptacle 23 for the spring 4 is arranged. In approximately opposite the recess 9 is the shoulder 14 for locking the pawl 2, which has a second stage 15 in the embodiment shown Ausfüh¬.
Finally, in Fig. 10, the locking piece 11 is shown, which is provided with a guide groove 25 which is guided on a corre sponding rib in the housing. Also located on the pawl 11 is the control pin 12 which engages the control cam 10 in the pusher plate 3 and the edge 13 which cooperates with the shoulder 14 and the second step 15 of the pawl in the locking position, respectively.
